For many fans and pro wrestlers, Triple H is a legend in the world of professional wrestling. His influence is far-reaching and has significantly helped many talents over the years. Tyson Kidd also gave huge props to Triple H for everything he did for WWE’s developmental brand over the years.
Triple H is seen as the brains behind NXT, as he worked very hard to make NXT one of e most worthwhile wrestling products in recent memory. NXT 2.0 might no longer follow his vision, but Triple H’s contributions will be remembered.
While speaking with Danial Ali, DropKick Podcast, Tyson Kidd talked about Triple H’s contributions to NXT. He gave Triple H props for NXT’s growth.
“I wrestled him a couple times. I had a couple of matches against DX, two tag matches and one match with Bragging Rights for seven on seven and always a great experience wrestling him, competing with him. And he’s the guy who was behind all my NXT stuff. NXT was his thing. If he didn’t want me there he easily could have said no. That was his vision. Like the stuff with Nattie and stuff like I didn’t come up with that. That was Hunter!
I give him all the credit for that and what he made NXT and what NXT became. When I remember doing the first taping of Full Sail wrestle, Joe Henning and nobody thought it was going to be what it became. No way, and they know that that’s a testament to the talent but it’s a big testament to Hunter, to Triple H and his vision. Big time.”
Triple H is also fully focused on developing WWE talent now that he is no longer an active in-ring competitor. We are certain Triple H will help cultivate the superstars of tomorrow from now on.
