Scott Steiner was a surprising addition to this year’s WWE Hall of Fame class. Big Poppa Pump had an infamous falling out with the company, specifically Triple H, after his run there in the early 2000s. Time heals all wounds, and that includes the seemingly unfixable relationship between Steiner and the folks in Stamford.

Scott has publicly criticized the company in countless interviews since he left in 2004. In 2020, Steiner called Triple H a “p*ssy” who slept his way to the top. His tune has changed dramatically in the ensuing years.

With Steiner’s nephew, Bron Breakker, expected to be a major player in the future of WWE, it was time to let bygones be bygones. Steiner spoke about mending fences with Triple H and WWE in a recent interview with The Detroit News. Scott said it’s a part of growing up as a person.

“You’ve gotta let it go, you can’t harbor all the bad feelings. You’ve gotta grow up.”

Scott Steiner was inducted into the HOF along with his brother, Rick Steiner. Rick is the father of Bron Breakker. The two had legendary runs in the NWA, WCW, and WWE as a tag team.

The mending of the relationship between WWE and Scott Steiner is the ultimate example of “Never say never.” At one point, Scott was banned from WWE events. Now, he is in the WWE Hall of Fame.
