Jonathan Gresham essentially earned the spot of heart and soul of ROH over the past couple of years. He eventually became the ROH World Champion right before the company went on hiatus. It seems one of his recent matches was edited off when it ran.

Wrestling Observer Newsletter recently reported Jonathan Gresham’s matches in progress. Apparently, his Progress title win against Cara Noir was crapped off from television when it aired on WWE Network. On the other hand, his first title defense Warren Banks was not replaced.

When the Ring of Honor World Championship was defended on last weekend’s AEW Battle of the Belts special, the title received a lot of attention. Jonathan Gresham successfully defended his title against ROH mainstay Dalton Castle. During the match, Gresham was said to have sustained a concussion.

Jonathan Gresham’s situation could have been far worse. He will be out for a while, but perhaps he will recover fast. It won’t be long before fans see the ROH champion in the ring once more. Ringside News wishes him a speedy and full recovery.
