Roman Reigns is the Tribal Chief of WWE and has been dominant since his return back in 2020. His stock continues to rise by the week and it is not hard to see why. He will also be in the WrestleMania Backlash main event.
Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar duked it out in the main event of WrestleMania 38 Night 2. In the end, Roman Reigns was the victor and became the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.
While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer revealed that Roman Reigns will definitely be in the main event of the WrestleMania Backlash event. This is despite the fact that no angle has been shot for him.
Since they haven’t shot any angle with him, maybe they’re not doing the pay-per-view without him. That isn’t the case, he is in fact in the main event. I presume they’ll shoot the angle on Friday, but he is in the main event on the WrestleMania Backlash pay-per-view.
Roman Reigns is also unlikely to lose his titles anytime soon. We will have to wait and see who his opponent will be at WrestleMania Backlash. If anything, this might be a very interesting time as Brock Lesnar stays off WWE television for a little while longer.
