AEW has come a long way, and they’ve amassed a sizable following and a fervent fan base. Despite this, AEW has its fair share of detractors. The heat on AEW also includes a lot of internet vitriol.

Tony Khan, the president of AEW, came to Twitter to say that many of the AEW critics online are hired trolls and bots, implying that WWE is involved. He further added that their boiler room staff is going to be clocking overnight shifts to troll them online.

Their boiler room staff is going to be working overtime on a Friday, and I love it!

Even though the promotion is considered a rival to WWE, the initial ratings of the show saw decline. It is unknown whether or not this independent study has any substance, but Tony Khan’s allegation is undoubtedly intriguing. Check out the new tweet below.
