Raquel Gonzalez Debuts On WWE SmackDown With A New Name

Raquel Gonzalez was a big part of NXT for a while, but it appeared that she did everything she could do there. Following one more very short stint as a tag team champion, she took her talents to the blue brand. Of course, that also came with a name change.

Raquel Rodriguez made her debut this week in a backstage segment. She didn’t get very far without being interrupted.

Los Lotharios walked in and tried to put the moves on Raquel. She turned them down and then asked Kayla Braxton if they are always that annoying after they left. She didn’t get involved in any storyline now, but Raquel is now on the main roster.

It was expected that the former NXT Women’s Champion would end up on the main roster soon. It turns out that fans didn’t have to wait long at all.
