Seth Rollins is certainly one of the biggest stars in WWE and someone the company can fully trust. Rollins is also never afraid to speak his mind whenever he feels like it. He also criticized Monday Night RAW for its length.
Monday Night RAW became a 3-hour-long show almost a decade ago. Since then, fans have constantly complained about it being far too long to make an engaging product.
While speaking on the Sports Illustrated Media Podcast, Seth Rollins criticized Monday Night RAW’s length, stating that it is simply way too long and just obnoxious.
“I think a three hour show is just obnoxiously long every week. Everything gets stretched out, you know, and you’ve got to cram — you got to fill three hours of television, there’s just nothing to be done. You know, that’s just how it is. So I think two hours is a beautiful kind of number for a pro wrestling show and I think it’s easier to make everything mean a little bit more. You know, on SmackDown when I was there last year, I hardly ever wrestle on television and so it was kind of a big deal.”
Seth Rollins is also advertised to be on this week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown. We’ll have to see what the company has planned for him.
