Randy Orton is a 20-year veteran in the pro wrestling industry and has accomplished quite a lot of things in his career. He was also once a young and brash WWE Superstar, as fans are aware by now.

Triple H recently announced his retirement from professional wrestling, after he suffered a cardiac event that almost cost him his life. Even now, many continue to shower Triple H with praise.

Randy Orton and Triple H squared off against each other at WWE Super ShowDown in 2019. It turned out to be Triple H’s last televised match. Orton and Triple H had a brawl on the January 11, 2021, episode of RAW but it was not a real match.

“I don’t know how I feel about that. It really feels like an honor, I just hate that it was the last match. I hate that we we had no idea that was the last match, you know what I mean? In your head, it’s always gonna go down in the manner you want it to go down; you’re gonna get that last match. I know in my head what I’d love to see happen. You know what that is, and it’s just being able to set it all up to where you have that one opponent, handpicked opponent you know you can just kill it with and you have the best story going and you back out a year, and then it culminates in this match that’s just, that’s what you hang the boots on, but that is really not how it happens.”

Randy Orton also recently stated that Triple H is a motivation for what he wants to do in pro wrestling. Triple H is busy building up NXT and that is what matters for him in the end.
