Cody Rhodes Wrestles Dark Match After WWE RAW

Cody Rhodes appeared on Monday Night Raw following a massive debut on the first night of WrestleMania 38. After tonight’s Raw went off air, Cody wrestled Kevin Owens.

As seen in the clips below, Rhodes defeated Owens in a bout that lasted approximately six minutes. KO taunted Rhodes with the Young Bucks pose at one point during the match.

According to the fan attendance, The Rock’s mother. Alta Johnson was present at the ringside. She held Owens while The American Nightmare delivered chops to his opponent’s chest, followed by a Bionic Elbow.

Cody won the match as the Cross Rhodes finisher. After his victory, he picked up the mic and greeted goodnight to the fans at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.

Tonight’s RAW opened with Cody Rhodes cutting a promo. He explained why returning to the company he left six years ago was an easy decision. He reaffirmed his aim of bringing the WWE Championship to the dynastic Rhodes Family.
