Kevin Owens is certainly one of the top Superstars in WWE and it took him a long time to get to his current level. Immediately making an impact after defeating John Cena in his main roster debut match, Owens has won numerous titles since 2015. Owens also made an interesting claim recently.

Triple H recently announced his retirement from in-ring competition after having a near-fatal health crisis. The pro wrestling world simply could not believe that he retired and reacted to his announcement.

Triple H was instrumental in Kevin Owens becoming the WWE Universal Champion back in 2016. While speaking with The Ringer Wrestling Show, Kevin Owens claimed that Triple H has done more for him than anyone else in WWE.

“Obviously it sucks that he didn’t get to retire in the ring the way he should have, but he’s obviously making the best decision for himself and his family. He’s done more for me than anyone’s ever done in my career. I can say that safely. I always wanted to get in the ring with him. I always wanted to wrestle him. I got to team with him a few times, which was awesome. I never got to be on the opposite side of the ring.”
