Randy Orton has been part of numerous iconic moments in WWE over the past two decades. He is a multi-time world champion and one of the most respected stars in the company. Orton also has no intention of going to AEW anytime soon.

Back in 2019, Randy Orton got a ton of fans talking after he dropped a huge tease that he could be headed to AEW. Ultimately, it was simply just Orton playing around and nothing more.

While speaking to Pat McAfee on The Pat McAfee Show, Randy Orton talked about the rumors of him leaving WWE for AEW. Orton made it clear that he is not going to AEW anytime soon.

”Even a couple of years ago there possibly could have been some chatter and some talk but I really was not the one talking about going anywhere else. That was just the internet and everybody. And I was, like, ‘This is interesting, I never said that.’

My contract’s up in a couple of years and I’ll sign another one. I love this place, I love doing things like this. WrestleMania, this is my 18th WrestleMania in a couple of days. Here’s to 10 more WrestleManias hopefully.”

Orton and Riddle will defend the RAW Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania 38 as well. We’ll have to see if they will be able to successfully retain their titles or not at the Show of Shows.
