WrestleMania is drawing closer and some big names are going to be in Dallas. In a new report a big name is confirmed to be in the town during the weekend.
PW Insider has confirmed that WWE is bringing Shane McMahon in for WrestleMania 38 this weekend. Multiple sources close to the outlet have confirmed the said report.
As of right now, it is unknown if Shane will be appearing at the pay-per-view event, but it is certain that he will be in town for the entirety of WrestleMania weekend, the outlet added.
We last saw Shane on camera at 2022 Royal Rumble, where he tried to set up a potential match with Seth Rollins at this year’s WrestleMania. However, 48 hours after the Rumble, he was removed from the company’s creative plans.
Ringside News exclusively reported at the time that Shane was removed from the plans due to poor reception of the Men’s Rumble match, which he produced. He was a nightmare in that process and caused a huge problem. The resulting match was also widely panned. Then Vince McMahon cut Shane McMahon from WrestleMania plans.
