The Undertaker will forever be remembered as one of the greatest pro wrestlers to have ever stepped foot inside the squared circle. He gave more than three decades of his life to the business and The Undertaker’s contributions will never be forgotten. He still can’t get over one of his previous WrestleMania 33 matches.

The Undertaker squared off against Roman Reigns back at WrestleMania 33. The match saw the Deadman lose to Roman Reigns, whom many people simply could not stand at the time. Undertaker would go on record stating that he didn’t like the match at all.

While speaking with Shakiel Mahjouri of CBS Sports, The Undertaker talked about his WrestleMania 33 match against Roman Reigns. The Deadman made it clear he is still very disappointed with the match, 5 years later.

”Yeah, absolutely. I was so disappointed in my performance with Roman [Reigns] at that Mania. I could give you a hundred excuses and my hip was this and all of that, but I’m the one that made the decision to do it so I need to accept the consequences of that decision.”

Even Edge previously stated that Roman Reigns should have ended The Undertaker’s undefeated streak. The Undertaker also admitted he was overweight and out of shape for his match against Roman Reigns. Regardless, he will be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame this year and that is what matters to him right now.
