Ricochet is the reigning WWE Intercontinental Champion. Despite losing clean on last night’s SmackDown, the exciting high-flyer will go to WrestleMania’s SmackDown go-home show with the title. The extra exposure means Ricochet is more visible than ever.

WWE fans often like to try and build their schedule around opportunities to meet their favorite superstars. Some fans even go so far as to wait in hotel lobbies or at airports for a chance at a brush with stardom. Ricochet recently set some boundaries for this behavior on his social media.

Ricochet said he is happy to chat and interact with fans who run into him randomly. What he doesn’t tolerate is those who wait for him at airport check-in areas or at his hotel, where he expects some privacy. Ricochet said he would not sign autographs for those fans.

“Let me be clear.

If you and a group of people are waiting in the lobby of my hotel, or in the check in area at the airport at 4-5am (sometimes earlier) in the morning, to ask for multiple autographs, is such an invasion of privacy.

I will be the FIRST person to say no.

However, If you happen to see me out & about somewhere please come say hi & chat! I love interacting, just don’t wait in the lobby of where we are staying. Don’t wait & hoard us in the check in areas at the airport etc. Treat us with respect and respect is what you will receive.”

Professional wrestlers are always traveling, so it’s no surprise that some fans would try and track down their favorite stars. Ricochet is happy to take the time to talk to them. He just doesn’t want them showing up in what he considers private moments.
