Wardlow debuted in AEW back in 2019 and has been a force to be reckoned with since then. Mr. Mayhem gradually became a huge fan-favorite as AEW continues to capitalize on his popularity. Wardlow made a claim about MJF as well recently.

The War-dog has been on a roll ever since he won the Face Of The Revolution Ladder match at the AEW Revolution pay-per-view. For a long time, he had been working under MJF as the company continued to tease their breakup.

The breakup eventually happened at AEW Revolution, as Wardlow betrayed MJF and cost him the Dog Collar match against CM Punk. While speaking to NBC Sports Boston, Wardlow talked about what MJF is like backstage. Wardlow stated that MJF is even worse behind the scenes.

“What you see from MJF on TV is really not only MJF behind the scenes, I would dare to say he is far worse behind the scenes. So, if you think the things he says in front of millions of people is bad, you should hear the things he says in front of a small group of people so yeah, after travelling for a couple of years with him I can genuinely say he’s not a good person. It’s insane, some of the things I’ve witnessed.”

Wardlow is currently engaged in a bitter feud with MJF, that is likely to go on for quite some time now. We’ll have to see how the feud will be booked in the coming weeks.
