Dustin Rhodes Ruptured His Eardrum At AEW Rampage

This Friday’s AEW Rampage kicked off with Dustin Rhodes vs. Lance Archer. Rhodes won the match but at a heavy cost. After the bell, Dustin was beaten down by Archer. He recently briefed fans about the injuries he suffered during the bout.

Dustin took to Twitter to give fans “a little” update following this Friday’s Rampage. He posted a video where he revealed that he ruptured his eardrum during his bout with Archer but assured he’ll be fine and isn’t going anywhere.

“Hey guys, rough night, told you all I’d give you an update,” he said. “Got five stitches in the head. Pretty sore. The main thing is that I have a busted eardrum. Cannot hear out of it at all. But guess what? I’m in good spirits and I’m not going anywhere.”

Archer reacted to the Rhodes’ medical update video and wrote, “That’s what you think.” As stated by Rhodes,’ he got himself five stitches too and seems to be recovering well after receiving medical attention. We wish him nothing but a fast recovery.
