Triple H Trends Big After His Retirement Announcement

Triple H is a WWE Hall of Famer and The Game for so many. He is also an incredibly influential part of what NXT was before NXT 2.0 came along. After a cardiac event last year, he is forced to retire. His name lit up social media in the process.

While speaking to Stephen A Smith from ESPN, Hunter discussed his heart problem last year in candid detail. The fourteen-time world champion explained how he caught viral pneumonia-causing an inflammation in his lungs. Things soon took a turn for the worse, and he began coughing blood, forcing him to go see a doctor. He was later diagnosed with heart failure.

Triple H firmly declared that he is never going to wrestle again, because he has a defibrillator in his chest. That medical device makes him vulnerable in case of any further damage. Hunter mentioned how he was “nosediving and sort of at the one-yard line of where you want to be for your family and your future.
