Taz is one of the true veterans in the world of pro wrestling, as he made a name for himself in ECW and WWE. Taz was one of the mainstays of ECW and an integral part of ECW’s first-ever pay-per-view, Barely Legal. He also clarified a recent allegation made by him as well.

Taz is known to be outspoken and is never afraid to speak his mind if he ever feels like it. Recently, Taz called out Kevin Owens’ ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin impersonation for copying AEW.

To the surprise of everyone, this led to backlash from fans. Many of them believed Taz was simply better and hated WWE for no reason whatsoever. In a series of tweets, Taz explained that he has no hate for WWE at all and was merely expressing his opinion and nothing more than that.

Not about shitting on anything, it’s about giving an opinion on my own social media than people make a story outta my opinion. Please tell me, teach me how storylines and storytelling works in the industry … please educate me sir.

This is wrestling Twitter if u r a wrestler/TV personality: You give your opinion people get mad. If you don’t give an opinion & don’t engage with your followers people get mad. If you get in a dispute w/your followers, then you’re told, “don’t feed the trolls”. Too funny!

Actually ZERO hate whatsoever! It’s just me giving my full honest opinion. I guess some people get offended, not quite sure what I said so wrong! Lol

Everyone has a right to their opinion, especially if that someone has experience in the world of professional wrestling. Regardless, Taz meant what he said and that is not going to change.
