AEW Dragged Hard Over 3:16 Day Merchandise

Today is March 16th and that means a lot for pro wrestling fans. Many fans are celebrating “Stone Cold” Steve Austin today, but AEW has their own marketing idea.

Britt Baker will defend the AEW Women’s Title in a steel cage match tonight. Many fans are under the impression that Baker is dropping that title to Thunder Rosa, and they might have a t-shirt to celebrate it.

AEW dropped a “DMD 3.16.22” t-shirt to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day Slam and Baker’s impending cage match. Fans were relentless and quick to the comments.

Many fans begged for AEW to simply stop as some straight-up called out Tony Khan’s company for ripping off, yet another, WWE idea. Many were also disgusted with AEW for showing Britt Baker so much attention, yet again.

There were also fans who wanted to remind everyone that Thunder Rosa will very likely win tonight’s title match. “Love you, but I feel like there’s going to be an #andNew shirt for sale later tonight,” one hopeful fan tweeted out.
