You never know what can happen in WWE or how Vince McMahon will decide to shake up a Superstar by switching up their name. That is what happened to Pete Dunne on Friday Night SmackDown last week and fans are still trying to process “Butch.” They need to get used to it.

WWE has filed three new trademarks with the US Patent and Trademark Office. Two of the three names have already been announced and introduced. The other is an intriguing one.

The first new trademark is for the name “Butch.” This is the new name given to Pete Dunne. Dunne debuted the new moniker on SmackDown.

The second new mark is for the word “Moonsault.” This name is being used for WWE’s new NFT marketplace. Stephanie McMahon announced the venture at SXSW over the weekend.
