This year’s WWE Hall Of Fame ceremony certainly looks to be one of the best ones in recent memory. The ceremony will be headlined by The Undertaker’s induction into the WWE Hall Of Fame. WWE would also like to induct the Steiner Bros, but they also have a plan if Scott Steiner refuses to be inducted.
As reported earlier, the Steiner Brothers are also rumored to be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame this year, as first reported by Brad Shepard. Rick and Scott Steiner were regarded as one of the best tag teams in the world back in the 90s, so this was not expected.
With Scott Steiner having a very strained relationship with WWE, fans have been wondering if he will even accept the induction. According to Dave Meltzer on Sunday Night’s Main Event, WWE will only induct Rick Steiner if Scott refuses the Hall Of Fame induction.
“I’ve heard Rick Steiner or The Steiner Brothers, depending on Scott. I think if Scott is not willing, they’ll go with Rick. But they want The Steiner Brothers so that’s a name that’s floating around. Sid is the other name that’s floating around.”
Rick Steiner’s son Bron Breakker has been pushed to the moon in NXT 2.0 since his debut last year. The Steiner Brothers getting inducted would mean a great deal to Breakker and fans as well. We will have to see if Scott Steiner will decline the WWE Hall Of Fame induction or not.
