The wrestling world heard a terrible news on March 13th that Scott Hall is on life support following multiple heart attacks. The legendary wrestler previously suffered a hip injury and was rushed to the hospital.
Fans and peers alike took to social media to send love and support to the ailing WWE Hall of Famer. Names like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair asked the Bad Guy to stay strong as well.
The Rock tweeted out to say, “Scott Hall, pulling for you my friend. Stay strong! We need the ‘bad guy’ back in the game.” Ric Flair also sent out a supportive message as he said, “Praying For Scott Hall!!! Wishing You A Speedy Recovery My Friend!”
Hall was part of WWE’s Golden Era during the early nineties. He was one of the company’s most popular stars despite playing the heel Razor Ramon character on WWE TV.
His legendary ladder match with fellow Clique member Shawn Michaels remains one of the most important ladder matches to this day. That match set the bar to a whole new level.
Hall left Vince McMahon’s WWE in May 1996 to join the rival WCW. He made his televised debut for Ted Turner’s wrestling promotion on the May 27th edition of Nitro. The rest, as they say, is history. He is now a two-time WWE Hall of Famer for a reason, and we are all pulling for him.
