Vince McMahon is certainly one of the most controversial figures in the history of professional wrestling. The WWE Chairman tends to keep himself in a backstage role for the most part but takes a direct role on WWE television when needed. It seems he might still be wrestling in some capacity.

Vince McMahon has his own peculiarities which many people simply cannot comprehend and find very odd. Despite this, McMahon goes by the beat of his own drums and that is what matters to him.

Initial plans for McMahon would have seen him face off against Pat McAfee at WrestleMania 38, but then Austin Theory took his place and will now face McAfee at the Show of Shows.

According to Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer said that Vince McMahon could still be added to the match to make it a handicap affair. Despite that, it is likely McMahon will just be at ringside for the match.

“What appears to be the idea is that there will be an angle to get McMahon into the match, likely overseeing the match and being at ringside rather than it being a handicap match, although that has been talked of as well.”

We will have to wait and see how Austin Theory and Pat McAfee’s match at WrestleMania 38 will turn out as fans might not be all that excited for the match.
