Rick Steiner’s son Bron Breakker has been on a roll since debuting in NXT 2.0 back in September last year. His popularity soared every passing week and it is unlikely to stop anytime soon. It seems a pro wrestling veteran fears the worst for Bron Breakker’s main roster future.

Bron Breakker defeated Tommaso Ciampa to win the NXT Championship earlier this year. Breakker has also competed on Monday Night RAW recently, which made fans wonder if he will ever get called up to the main roster or not.

Breakker made his debut on Monday Night RAW this week, where he teamed up with Tommaso Ciampa to square off against Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode. While speaking on Smack Talk, Dutch Mantell talked about Bron Breakker possibly getting called to the main roster soon. Mantell believes it could be a kiss of death for Breakker.

“I genuinely believe that it is basically like a kiss of death. Bron Breakker is just being fast-tracked to make it? How many times have to seen them fast track to get a talent over there and then he gets over there and just sits there, does nothing. Just because they’re going over there doesn’t mean they’re going to be a success. They could get over there and just bomb, just flatten out. The company has got to do the right thing with them. Bron Breakker, I hate the name. I would call him Von. But I think he could be a star there. That’s the bloodline. Let him go and do the stuff.”

We will have to wait and see whether Bron Breakker will ever be called up to the main roster, as it is likely he will find great success there in the future.
