William Regal is a true veteran in the world of professional wrestling, who competed all over the world before making his way to WWE. He was one of the creative minds behind NXT and helped flourish the brand before Vince McMahon took over. It seems Top Dolla shared an incredible story about William Regal as well.

The company decided to release numerous talents and members of staff right after NXT’s New Year’s Evil back in January. This included names such as William Regal, which came as a shock to many.

Wiliam Regal made his debut during the AEW Revolution pay-per-view, as he appeared after Bryan Danielson and Jon Moxley’s match and seemingly helped them form a tag team.

During this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, William Regal cut a passionate promo about why he came to AEW. During that time, Top Dolla took to Twitter and revealed how William Regal once taught a class at the WWE Performance Center for an hour, where Regal spent an hour teaching them how to make a proper pin.

“William Regal once taught a class at the PC for an hour on literally NOTHING but how to make a proper pin. Genius.”

William Regal is certainly happy to be in AEW from the looks of it. Tony Khan also believes Regal will be very beneficial to AEW in the long run. We will have to wait and see how Regal will help improve the company in the coming months.
