Bray Wyatt was released from WWE back in July last year and it utterly shocked the pro wrestling industry. Jim Ross even previously stated that Wyatt’s release from WWE proved that the company has bad management. Several people simply couldn’t understand why he was even released, but perhaps he wanted out.
Bray Wyatt’s Fiend character was one of the most creative gimmicks in the company’s history. In a creatively restricted environment such as WWE, fans wondered how much creative control Wyatt really had.
Since his release, many fans have been wondering what is next in store for Bray Wyatt and his creative mind. Wyatt is set to make his first appearance after his WWE release this Sunday, March 13th, at the Showcase of Legends 7 event in Albany, New York.
As revealed by the event’s website, Bray Wyatt will be available for a meet-and-greet, photo-ops and autograph signings between 10 am and 2 pm. The event also boasts a star-studded lineup.
This includes the likes of AEW Women’s World Champion Dr. Britt Baker, WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus, Scarlett Bordeaux, IMPACT star W. Morrissey, Erick Redbeard, AEW star Evil Uno, Torrie Wilson, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi, AEW star Dustin Rhodes and Matt Cardona.
We will have to wait and see which pro wrestling company Bray Wyatt will call his home next as it has been a long time since fans got to see Wyatt compete inside the squared circle.
