How Jon Moxley Convinced Bryan Danielson To Join AEW

Bryan Danielson is one of the most established names in the world of professional wrestling right now. He has earned worldwide fame and acclaim thanks to his incredible in-ring skills, displaying it in numerous pro wrestling companies over the last two decades. It seems Jon Moxley helped Bryan Danielson join AEW in a huge way as well.

Bryan Danielson wasted no time in becoming one of the top stars in AEW after his debut at AEW All Out last year. He has had numerous incredible matches, including against Kenny Omega, Adam Page and more.

While speaking with Jim Varsallone, AEW President Tony Khan talked about the match between Bryan Danielson and Jon Moxley at AEW Revolution. Khan then explained how Moxley helped to convince Danielson to join AEW.

“I don’t know if people know, Jon Moxley is a big reason why Bryan Danielson came to AEW in the first place. He really vouched for this place, he gave his word to Bryan that this is a great place to work. And that helped connect me to Bryan Danielson, that Mox gave him that reference, you know. That I am a good person to work for and that this is a good company to come to”.

Bryan Danielson and Jon Moxley are set to duke it out at AEW Revolution pay-per-view on March 6th. It remains to be seen who will end up winning the match.
