Chris Jericho is certainly an established veteran in the world of professional wrestling, having competed in various promotions all over the world for over three decades now. Jericho is also proud to be working in AEW and always makes that fact clear. It seems Jericho is confident about his upcoming match as well.
Jericho has engaged in numerous feuds ever since he made his way to AEW, with the likes of Jon Moxley, MJF, Orange Cassidy and many more. His latest feud seems him butting heads with Eddie Kingston.
Chris Jericho had a terrific back and forth promo with Eddie Kingston on last week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, which certainly got many fans invested in their feud.
While speaking to FITE in Focus, Chris Jericho talked about his upcoming match against Eddie Kingston. Jericho stated that he believes the match will end up becoming a show-stealer.
“I’m expecting it to be a show-stealer, but in a completely different way than someone who’s rating matches by how many high spots there. I don’t think that there’s going to be a lot of high spots with Eddie Kingston and Chris Jericho. I think there’s going to be a lot of animosity, a lot of hard-hitting, violence is cliche but I think it’s going to be a fight everybody can feel while they’re watching.”
Chris Jericho is set to square off against Eddie Kingston at AEW Revolution on March 6th. We will have to wait and see who will come out on top in the match, as fans really want to see Kingston win.
