Carmella Really Wants A Prominent Storyline For WrestleMania 38

Carmella is one of the mainstays of the women’s division in WWE and that is especially true for her current run on the main roster. It seems she wants a proper storyline for WrestleMania 38 as well.

The Princess of Staten Island is also never afraid to speak up her mind and fire back at her haters. She is currently one half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions along with Zelina Vega but the two have not done much as the champions as of yet.

While speaking on WWE After the Bell with Corey Graves, Carmella talked about WrestleMania 38 approaching fast and stated that she really wants a proper storyline with the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships at the Show of Shows.

“I am one half of the Tag Team Champions, although we haven’t really been doing much as of late. I have no idea what’s in the future for the Tag Team Champions, I would really like to have a WrestleMania moment. I’ve never had a WrestleMania moment in my entire career and I’ve been here since 2016. You can say I won the WrestleMania Women’s battle royal and that was great, but I’m talking, I want a moment.

I want a prominent storyline, I want a championship match at WrestleMania, I’ve never had that in my career and I want that. I think some people may say I’ve had my time in my career.”

We will have to wait and see whether Carmella will get her wish and be part of a prominent storyline at WrestleMania 38. For many fans, that is unlikely to happen in the end.
