Cesaro was one of the most criminally underrated WWE Superstars in the history of the company. The Swiss Superman had shown on numerous occasions why he was one of the best in-ring performers in the company. It seems Mick Foley commented on Cesaro’s WWE exit as well.

It came to such a point that even WWE Hall Of Famer Mick Foley said he would literally get on his knees and beg Vince McMahon to give Cesaro a chance in the company.

Unfortunately, Cesaro left WWE recently after his contract expired and he did not sign another contract with the company. While speaking on his YouTube channel, Mick Foley commented on Cesaro’s WWE departure. Foley stated that he believes WWE’s loss will be pro wrestling’s gain.

”I feel like WWE’s loss is going to be professional wrestling’s gain, because Cesaro can work anywhere in the world. While AEW would be a graet destination for him , I would love to see him just venture out because he is one of those guys who can work any style with any one and tear it down, have a great match.

This is not the end for Cesaro – in some ways it is just the beginning.”

Cesaro has also not received an offer from AEW as of yet. Vince McMahon was also never on board in pushing Cesaro as top talent. It remains to be seen where Cesaro will end up next.
