Eddie Kingston made his AEW debut back in July of 2020, where he competed against Cody Rhodes for the TNT Championship during his open challenge. While he was unsuccessful in the match, Kingston impressed many and signed with the company. It seems Kingston doesn’t think Cesaro will make his way to AEW as well.
Kingston quickly cemented himself as one of the best talkers in AEW as his promos are known to be from the heart and very natural. He is also very passionate when it comes to the pro wrestling world.
As reported earlier, Cesaro quietly departed from WWE after letting his contract expire and not re-signing with the company. This came as a shock for many as Cesaro spent almost 10 years with WWE.
Eddie Kingston took to Twitter and seemingly reacted to news of Cesaro parting ways with WWE. Kingston made it clear he doubts Cesaro will make his way to AEW. Eddie Kingston also stated that he does not like Cesaro either.
All I am going to say is, he doesn’t have the balls to come to AEW.
So I was his walking the WTKR videos and then I was humbled by this. But this shows why I don’t like him.
Eddie Kingston is set to square off against Chris Jericho at AEW Revolution on March 6th. It remains to be seen whether Cesaro will make his way to AEW in the end or not.
