Ric Flair Doesn’t Think AEW Has Another Wrestler Who Can Bring The Value Of Cody Rhodes

Cody Rhodes helped AEW significantly, both inside the squared circle and backstage as well. It is not an exaggeration to say he helped build AEW into what it is right now over the past three years. It seems Ric Flair has a high opinion of Cody Rhodes as well.

As reported earlier, Cody Rhodes and his wife Brandi have departed from the company last week. This certainly shocked the entire pro wrestling world to its core and fans continue to talk about it even now.

While speaking on his Wooooo Nation UNCENSORED podcast, WWE Hall Of Famer Ric Flair talked about Cody Rhodes leaving AEW. Ric Flair state that he thinks AEW has no other wrestler who can bring the value that Cody Rhodes had.

“It really will not matter because it’s who is first. Cody got out, for whatever reason, but no matter who else thinks they will jump in, they can’t bring that value. AEW really has no one else over there that could bring the value of the name Rhodes. That name alone – R-H-O-D-E-S – it’s legendary, it will be forever.”

WWE has already dropped several hints on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW. We will have to wait and see how Cody Rhodes will be booked once he returns to WWE.
