Goldberg Hated Other Wrestlers Using The Spear In WWE

WWE Hall Of Famer Goldberg is a legend in the pro wrestling business, especially making a name for himself during WCW. Goldberg previously admitted that he regretted not appreciating pro wrestling in the past. It seems Goldberg hated how so many pro wrestlers used one of his signature moves.

Goldberg has made a name for himself using the spear as his finisher, as it is certainly one of the most devastating moves in his repertoire. However, quite a few pro wrestlers all over the world now use The Spear as well.

While speaking to Dr. Beau Hightower, Goldberg revealed that he hated numerous pro wrestlers using the spear at first. However, he has now come to like it as it simply shows that Goldberg is the master when it comes to delivering the spear.

“About 15 to 20 superstars at WWE use it, and I used to hate it, but now I like it. I like it because you see them do it, and then you see the master do it. And there’s a huge difference. And if I like you, I’ll let you live through it. If I don’t like you, I’ll put my head right in the middle of your chest and you’ll be in the hospital. So that was the allure of my character… You had to sit at the edge of your seat because you had no idea what was gonna happen. And you knew it was gonna happen quickly, but you had to focus and you had to be attentive of what was going on because you’d miss it.”

It remains to be seen whether Goldberg will decide to have another run in WWE after his loss to Roman Reigns at WWE Elimination Chamber on February 19th.
