Shane “Swerve” Strickland had a solid run in Triple H’s NXT. The 31-year-old was a North American Champion in the black and gold brand. He was also the leader of the Hit Row stable.

All members of the Hit Row were released last year. The release came as a shocker since Hit Row had been moved to the main roster prior to their exit from the company.

According to Fightful Select, Strickland is all set for his much-anticipated debut in Tony Khan’s All Elite Wrestling (AEW). The outlet reports that the debut could take place as soon as the first week of march,

Strickland previously revealed that he was interested in working in the Jacksonville-based promotion. He spoke about potentially showing up in AEW during a recent interview on Casual Conversations.
