The Undertaker is one of the few WWE superstars who became bigger than the company itself. The Dead Man is synonymous with huge WrestleMania moments, bitter feuds, and nostalgia. Taker will take his rightful place in the WWE Hall of Fame at this year’s WrestleMania weekend in Dallas.
A fellow Hall of Famer has some interesting ideas about how WWE should treat The Undertaker’s induction. Bully Ray was inducted into the hall as a member of the legendary Dudley Boyz as Bubba Ray Dudley. Bully has gone on to a career as a controversial radio host, famous for his hot takes.
The latest suggestion from Bully Ray isn’t as far fetched as some of his recent ideas. Bully things the entire ceremony should be about The Undertaker. On the latest Busted Open Radio, Bully said Taker should be the only person inducted this year.
“This year’s entire Hall of Fame induction should be about The Undertaker. I think several people should come up and help induct him. I think they can make it a very entertaining show. Taker can talk forever. I think it sells out the American Airlines Arena [in Dallas] on its own.
That’s how big of a deal The Undertaker being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame is. It’s like, how do you pick just one person to induct him? There are so many people that can do a phenomenal job of inducting him. Why not bring in everybody up there? I am a fan of the Hall of Fame induction behind the night after SmackDown. As a fan, you’re getting a lot of value, you’re getting value for your buck.”
Bully Ray’s idea isn’t a bad one. WWE has had other major stars in the past that didn’t get the same treatment. Bully thinks The Undertaker should be an exception.
