Disco Inferno Wants MJF To Fight For AEW World Title Instead Of Adam Cole

There is no doubt that Adam Cole achieved a lot of success during his 4-year run on NXT. He helped elevate the black and gold brand to the next level and had some of the best matches in recent memory as well. It seems Disco Inferno doesn’t want Cole to challenge for the AEW World Championship as well.

Since his debut in AEW back at AEW All Out last year, Adam Cole has largely been involved with The Young Bucks and competed in mid-level matches. For the most part, fans have not been appreciative of Adam Cole’s booking in the company.

Adam Cole is set to square off against Adam Page for the AEW World Championship at AEW Revolution on March 6th, in what will be Cole’s first main event level match.

While speaking on the Keepin It 100 podcast, Disco Inferno talked about Adam Cole’s booking in AEW. Inferno added that he believes MJF should be challenging Adam Page for the AEW World Championship instead of Adam Cole.

“MJF is already in the spot he needs to be if this is what the company intended. He has been elevated already because he defeated CM Punk! AEW does wins and losses and rankings. In what combat league would Adam Cole be like fighting for the title and not MJF right now.”

We will have to wait and see how Adam Cole will be booked in the coming weeks until his match against Adam Page. Regardless, fans are not very interested in Cole’s booking right now from what looks of it.
