WWE Hall Of Famer Goldberg is a legend in the pro wrestling business, especially making a name for himself during WCW. Goldberg previously admitted that he regretted not appreciating pro wrestling in the past. It seems Goldberg made an interesting claim recently.
After a hiatus since WWE Crown Jewel last year, Golberg made his return to WWE television and confronted Roman Reigns earlier this month on Friday Night Smackdown.
He is set to square off against Roman Reigns for his WWE Universal Championship at the Elimination Chamber event in Saudi Arabia on February 19th. While speaking on Corey Graves’ After The Bell podcast, Goldberg claimed that he will re-sign with WWE if he beats Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship.
“I would not ride off into the sunset if I was victorious by any stretch of the imagination, because the champion’s responsibility is to be there on television and represent it to the nth degree. Believe me when I say that if I win, I wouldn’t run out of here, I would not hold anybody up, I would not do anything like that because of what the business has given me.”
We will have to wait and see how his match against Roman Reigns will go down on February 19th in Saudi Arabia at the WWE Elimination Chamber event.
