WWE Hall Of Famer Goldberg is a legend in the pro wrestling business, especially making a name for himself during WCW. Goldberg previously admitted that he regretted not appreciating pro wrestling in the past. It seems Goldberg is unlikely to compete after the WWE Elimination Chamber event.
After a hiatus since WWE Crown Jewel last year, Golberg made his return to WWE television and confronted Roman Reigns on last week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown.
He is set to square off against Roman Reigns for his WWE Universal Championship at the Elimination Chamber event in Saudi Arabia on February 19th. Goldberg is set to appear on this week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown from the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans.
The company will also tape next Friday’s Elimination Chamber go-home episode this Friday night due to the crew traveling to Saudi Arabia in time for the event. However, aside from the SmackDown taping and the Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event, WWE doesn’t have any more appearances planned for Goldberg.
So it seems Goldberg is unlikely to compete after the Elimination Chamber event as his current contract will run out. We will have to wait and see whether Goldberg will return as he wants to work for as long as he can.
