Ronda Rousey debuted at the end of 2018’s Royal Rumble event and didn’t take long to become one of the mainstays of WWE’s women’s division. She eventually became the RAW Women’s Champion but dropped it to Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 35.

One of the major turning points in Ronda’s WWE career was during the 2018 Survivor Series, where she squared off against Charlotte Flair. Fans turned on Rousey, which legitimately distressed Rousey.

Since then Rousey made it clear she does not like fan opinions whatsoever. Even her promo on last week’s episode of Monday Night RAW made it clear she is still bitter towards fans.

While speaking during a gaming stream on Facebook, Ronda Rousey admitted that it is difficult for her to not take fan reactions personally.

It’s hard not to take it (trash talk) personally from the fans because I don’t go out there as — I mean I do go out there as a character but I am also — I am actually Ronda Rousey so I don’t play Ronda Rousey on television. So sometimes I take it personally from the fans, not so much from the wrestlers. The fans, I do.

It’s such pressure when I’m the last on the show because I feel like it’s my responsibility to retain the ratings and deliver, you know? You don’t want people to be disappointed.

WWE also talked to Ronda Rousey about letting her bitterness towards fans go. Ronda Rousey recently chose her WrestleMania 38 opponent as she decided to go for Charlotte Flair as well. We will have to wait and see whether she will be able to beat Charlotte Flair for the title or not.
