Keith Lee, a former WWE Superstar, took to Twitter to thank a WWE Hall of Famer for officiating his wedding. He and former WWE Superstar Mia Yim recently married, with hardcore legend Mick Foley officiating the ceremony. Yim and Lee announced their engagement on Twitter in February 2021, to which Foley responded with congratulations and offered to officiate the wedding.
Foley did officiate at the wedding of the two former stars, which took place recently. Keith Lee, undoubtedly pleased with “Jolly Old St. Mick,” took to Twitter to express his gratitude to the former WWE Champion. “A plethora of thanks @RealMickFoley. Shout should you ever require me,” Lee said.
Lee was a standout in the NXT’s black-and-gold era. He fought Adam Cole, Dominik Dijakovic, and Karrion Kross in several high-profile feuds. He held the NXT Championship and the North American Championship simultaneously.
He held those titles during his time with the developmental brand before being called up to the main roster in 2021. Lee’s booking on WWE’s flagship show, Monday Night RAW, was underwhelming. Despite some notable feuds, the Limitless One struggled creatively.
He was released from his WWE contract last year. Shortly before being released from his WWE contract in November of the same year, he was re-branded as Keith “Bearcat” Lee. The rebranding was done in homage to legendary star Bearcat Wright.
