There is no doubt that WWE Hall Of Famer Goldberg is considered a legend by man fans. The former WWE Universal Champion might not have been a fan of pro wrestling at first but eventually came to appreciate it as an art form. It seems Goldberg commented on his future in WWE as well.
Goldberg has been featured in major feuds since his return to WWE back in 2016, as he has competed against the likes of Brock Lesnar, Bray Wyatt, Drew McIntyre and more.
Goldberg made his return to WWE television on Friday Night Smackdown last week and confronted Roman Reigns. Goldberg made it clear he wanted a shot at Roman Reigns’ WWE Universal Championship.
While speaking on a clip from the documentary ‘Goldberg at 54,’ Goldberg talked about his future in WWE. Goldberg made it clear he wants to work in the company for as long as he can.
“I genuinelyappreciate every single human being that has been a fan at any time of my career because that means I did something right along the way. People see me as a mythical character. When I’m in the ring every once in a I’m here to show people that it doesn’t matter your age. It matters only about your desire, your willingness to work.
I never imagined there would still be an opportunity. I never imagined that there would still be the desire for me to go out and do what I did when I was on top. So things change people, change and situations change. I may be 54 but I really am more than willing to continue to learn about this business and as long as I have something to offer it, then, you know, I’ll still be a part of it.”
Fans were also outraged after Goldberg came back. We will have to wait and see how his match against Roman Reigns will turn out to be on February 19th in Saudi Arabia at the WWE Elimination Chamber event.
