Paul Heyman Says Roman Reigns Acknowledges His Own Limitations

Paul Heyman is one of the most well-known and established names in the pro wrestling world. He is touted as one of the greatest minds to have ever been seen in the business. It seems Heyman explained his most recent decision as well.

Heyman is certainly one of the best talkers on the microphone and has helped elevate many Superstars he has worked with over the years and that includes Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar and others.

Paul Heyman betrayed Brock Lesnar at the WWE Royal Rumble event, costing him the WWE Championship against Bobby Lashley as he aligned himself to Roman Reigns again.

While speaking on WWE After the Bell podcast, Paul Heyman provided an explanation as to why he decided to betray Brock Lesnar and align himself with Roman Reigns again.

“He’s driven and he’s ambitious and he pushes himself past his limits. He understands and acknowledges (no pun intended) his own limitations and he’s willing to fight against them. And he has no fear of Brock Lesnar either on camera or behind the scenes. Roman Reigns is every bit the Tribal Chief that he presents himself to be on television.”

Brock Lesnar is set to challenge Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania 38. We will have to wait and see how the company will book their feud till then.
