Rey Mysterio Gives His Royal Rumble Mask To Bad Bunny

WWE legend Rey Mysterio and Grammy Award winning superstar Bad Bunny were both part of the 2022 Men’s Royal Rumble match. While they showed off their wrestling chops in the 30-man match, it was backstage where they shared a deep moment together.

Mysterio took to Instagram in order to share a video of himself along with Bad Bunny. While keeping a white towel over his head, Mysterio hid his face and passed the mask onto Bad Bunny.

Although there was a competition, this is definitely for Bunny, man. Thank you very much!

Both Bunny and Mysterio talked to each other in Spanish before Mysterio went away. Bunny held the mask close to his chest as a sign of respect.

Bad Bunny became rather prominent in WWE on the road to WrestleMania 37 as he teamed up with Damian Priest. While feuding with John Morrison and The Miz, the tag teams eventually collided in a tag team match at the show of shows where Priest and Bunny took home the win.
