Randy Orton was not on RAW this week. This came after he was only in the Royal Rumble match for a few minutes, one that took place in his home city of St. Louis. This was a very interesting situation and now it seems Orton won’t be back around for a bit.

During Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez addressed Randy Orton’s current situation. He was told that Orton will be off television for a bit, but he did not specify what is going on or why he will be gone.
“No Randy Orton on the show. I do not know what is going on with Randy Orton, but I was told, ‘no Randy Orton for a little while.'”
Orton’s stint off television a few months ago turned out to be COVID related. We can only hope that is not the case once again. It wasn’t noted when he will be back, but he could be back soon seeing how he is currently in a RAW Tag Team Title program.
RKBro and the Alpha Academy seem to be carrying on with their feud regardless of Orton’s presence. We will have to see how WWE books this situation, especially if The Viper is unavailable for a bit.
