Mickie James may be looking to make history as the reigning Impact Knockouts World Champion to appear in the WWE Women’s Royal Rumble match. That doesn’t mean she won’t be having troubles when she returns home.
KO’s Ultimate X winner Tasha Steelz will be waiting for James after the rumble event. Steelz is set to take on James for the Knockouts title at Impact No Surrender PPV event.
Steelz took to Twitter to wish the reigning Knockouts World Champion good luck ahead of the Women’s Royal Rumble match. The 34-year-old also had some harsh words for James.
“Good luck 2nite Mickie! While you’re getting thrown over the top rope I hope you find some self respect since you lost it running back to a company that threw you out like (trash can emoji) (rolling on the floor laughing emoji)”
We’re willing to bet that “good luck” wasn’t genuine. Odds are Mickie James will have a lot to say, but she might let her performance in the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble match do the talking for her.
The 35th annual Royal Rumble takes place in St. Louis. WWE has, so far, confirmed 23 participants for the Women’s rumble match. Keep reading Ringside News to get complete coverage of the event.
