Johnny Gargano Has Not Entered Into Formal Talks With AEW

AEW Beach Break went down this week and fans saw a big surprise debut for the company, but it was Danhausen and not Johnny Gargano. The Cleveland event went down without Johnny Wrestling, but that isn’t to say he will never venture to Tony Khan’s company.

According to a report from Fightful Select, Johnny Gargano has not entered in formal conversations with AEW. They have been in contact, but right now Gargano is focused on helping Candice LeRae out as she is about to give birth to their first child.

We’re told that Gargano has had contact with some people in AEW, but we haven’t heard if there have been formal conversations or negotiations about coming in. Either way, we’re told that Johnny Gargano had made it clear to anyone inquiring about his services that as of now he’s taking time off to help out with Candice LeRae’s pregnancy in any way he can, as their child is due any day.

We’ll have to see if Johnny Gargano makes his way to AEW. He certainly saw that his name was trending today and that meant a lot to him. Hopefully, fans will see Johnny Wrestling perform again, but that will have to wait for the birth of his child.
