Danhausen has been the talk of the wrestling world ever since he was dragged out of the ring while holding onto a chair by Adam Cole. It was later revealed that Danhausen has signed with AEW. That is bringing up a lot of interesting things.
Social media fell head over heels for the former ROH wrestler even before his AEW debut. The 31-year-old will have to wait for some time before he gets medically cleared to compete in the ring, but he seems to be walking fine.
Hours after Danhausen appeared in AEW, an old photo of him surfaced on social media. Twitter user @kaylavision shared the photo with the caption, “Good morning, here’s ordinary human Danhausen bc if I had to remember this you do too.” That tweet went viral in a big way along with so many other videos and images from the very nice, very evil wrestler.
Danhausen made his professional wrestling debut on October 18, 2013. He was trained by Truth Martini and Jimmy Jacobs. His gimmick is inspired by iconic talk show host Conan O’Brien and Mark Hamill’s Joker. So many Cameo videos and bags of money followed.
Hopefully Tony Khan can get Danhausen that blimp that Dave Honor couldn’t get him.
Danhausen appeared in ROH from 2019 to 2021. He wrestled Shane Taylor for his ROH World Television Championship but was unsuccessful in his attempt to capture the title on the November 2, 2019 episode of ROH. His contract was cancelled along with all practically all other ROH deals at the end of 2021 when the company nixed that idea. It seems that Danhausen is doing just fine.
