Britt Baker Believes Adam Cole Always Wanted To Come To AEW

There is no doubt that Adam Cole achieved a lot of success during his 4-year run on NXT. He helped elevate the black and gold brand to the next level and had some of the best matches in recent memory as well. It seems Britt Baker has an interesting belief about Adam Cole.

Adam Cole decided that he wanted to be All Elite and so made his debut at AEW All Out and utterly shocked the pro wrestling world to its core. Cole has already become one of the mainstays of the AEW television and fans are always excited to see him every week.

While speaking during an interview with Inside the Ropes’ Kenny McIntosh, Britt Baker talked about Adam Cole’s reasons for leaving WWE. Baker stated that she believes Cole always wanted to go to AEW.

”He knew what AEW was about because when we live together and he hears me talk about it all the time. He knew how much fun it was. I think, deep down, he always wanted to come to AEW, he just needed to get his ducks in a row and make a decision. And I can tell you now, I definitely don’t think he regrets it.”

Adam Cole is set to square off against Orange Cassidy in a Lights Out match on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite. We will have to wait and see what will be next in store for Adam Cole once his feud with Orange Cassidy is done.
