Paige had to retire from in-ring competition because she suffered a neck injury. WWE pulled her from action after she suffered the same injury that cost Edge his career. Britt Baker’s growth as a pro wrestler has certainly been a significant one, ever since she debuted in AEW back in 2019. Baker’s hard work certainly paid off in a huge way as she has become one of the top stars in the entire company and not just the women’s division.

Paige recently showed her admiration for Britt Baker’s talent in the pro wrestling universe, for which she received tons of trolls from the fans. Paige decided to hit back at those detractors by re-tweeting their messages with some heat.

Paige reached enormous popularity with fans during her career as a WWE wrestler. There was even a biopic made about her road to the big time called “Fighting with My Family.” To this day, Paige remains extremely popular as a Twitch streamer.

WWE announced a lot of women for the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble match. Paige’s name wasn’t among those names announced, but there’s always a few open spots for a bit surprise. Take a look at some of the tweets below.
