WWE has inducted many legends into their Hall of Fame, but there is no physical building. There were talks of a physical hall of fame in WWE but nothing concrete was done. Vince McMahon was never into the idea in the first place.
As reported earlier, the company has huge plans for several events leading up to WrestleMania at AT&T Stadium on April 2 and 3. This includes the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony and an NXT Stand & Deliver event.
According to a report by PWInsider, this year’s edition of the WWE Hall Of Fame will air on 31st March on Peacock and the WWE Network. However, nothing is locked in as of yet.
Again, while all of this has been cautioned as preliminary as Wrestlemania week activities are locked down, PWInsider.com is told the current plan is to air the 2022 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony on Peacock and the WWE Network on Friday evening 3/31.
While there is no word if the show would take place live or be taped ahead of time, as of today, we are told the current working plan would be to have it air after Friday Night Smackdown is off the air on FOX, so that would mean the HOF broadcast couldn’t start until at least 10 PM EST, which would be 9 PM in Dallas.
WWE is still working out all their schedule details for Wrestlemania 38 weekend, so again, subject to change as they lock in their plans.
We will have to wait and see who will be part of this year’s edition of the WWE Hall Of Fame, as many fans want to see The Undertaker inducted as WrestleMania 38 will be taking place in Dallas, Texas.
